Welcome to PawVenturous. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of pawventurous.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. Products and Pricing

If we discover a pricing or listing error after you've placed an order, we will contact you before charging you or shipping the item, and you'll have the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

All prices are listed in US Dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices, discontinue products, or limit order quantities at any time.

3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy the product(s) in your cart. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues. 4. Shipping and Delivery

We work with fulfillment partners to ship orders directly to you. Because of this, shipping times can vary by product and are typically longer than you might expect from a large retailer — estimated delivery windows are shown on each product page and at checkout, but they are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, or other events outside our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout — we are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

Our products — including collars, leashes, harnesses, carriers, and other pet gear — are intended to support you in caring for your pet, not to replace your own judgment or supervision. You are responsible for selecting the correct size and fit for your pet, for regularly checking equipment for wear, and for supervising your pet's use of any product. No collar, leash, harness, or carrier can guarantee against escape, injury, or accidents, and PawVenturous makes no such guarantee. Please consult your veterinarian with any questions about a product's suitability for your specific pet.
